The Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies (MEDAC) was honoured to welcome, H.E. Caroline Whelan, Ambassador of Ireland to Malta on 5 December 2022.
The visit to the Academy served as an opportunity to explore numerous possible academic avenues of cooperation and conduct an overview of contemporary regional and global challenges.
