One of the latest initiatives of the Environmental and Resources Law Department within the University of Malta’s Faculty of Laws will see distinguished scholar, Prof. Geert van Calster, delivering a series of three lectures related to environmental law and policy, and sharing his expertise with members of the UM community.
Although these lectures are primarily aimed at students at the Faculty and those at the Institute of European Studies following EU environmental policy, they will also be open to the general public.
Prof. Geert’s discussions will shed light on issues of contemporary importance such as the EU Circular Economy, the Aahrus Convention and the Role of Private International Law for Environmental Claims.
If you’re interested in attending, please contact Ms Michela Brincat.
