Following visits at Our Lady Immaculate in Ħamrun in mid-January and then at St Ignatius College Secondary School Ħandaq Qormi the following week, the She Can Exhibition is also being showcased at the Maria Regina College Mosta Secondary School.
The exhibition will be showcased there between 29 January and Friday 2 February 2024.
Dr Deandra Cutajar, Data Scientist, Paula Grech Bonnici, Director of Applied Sciences at MCAST, Ms Sonya Sammut, Ambassador for Organic and Sustainable Food, Prof. Charmaine Gauci, Superintendent of Public Health & Associate Professor, Dr Alexandra Bonnici, Engineer, and Dr Jeanesse Scerri, Senior Biomedical Scientist, are all visiting the school to engage in conversation with students interested in or considering pursuing a career in STEM.
UM is spearheading this exhibition as part of a series of initiatives together with MFET, the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs, and MEYR, the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation, under the World Capital for Women and Girls in Science and Technology, given to Malta by RASIT, the Royal Academy of Science International Trust.
