Last week, Dr Spiteri Miggiani led a group of Audiovisual Translation students on a visit to leading global localisation companies in London, made possible through collaboration with Universidad Europea de Valencia and University College London.
This initiative offered students a first hand glimpse into professional practices, industry demands, workflows, and professional profiles. The itinerary included a professional roundtable at UCL and visits to companies' premises, labs, and recording studios, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the field.
