The momentous Graduation Thanksgiving Mass at St John’s Cathedral, being held on Wednesday 28 February 2024 at 18:30, will commence the celebrations of the all-new University of Malta Master and PhD students, class of 2024.
Master and PhD students are set to start their respective graduation ceremonies on Friday 1 March 2024 at 16:00, at the Basilica of Our Lady of Safe Haven and St Dominic, Merchants Street, Valletta.
Ceremonies are scheduled to last for around two weeks and are expected to conclude with the last ceremony on Thursday 14 March 2024 at 13:00.

The streets of our history and architecture-rich capital city, Valletta, will come alive with the excitement of 1,532 PhD and Masters students, 944 of whom are females and 588 of whom are males.
For those who would like to follow the proceedings online throughout the graduation period, the University of Malta will be providing a live-stream of these events via its social media channels (namely Facebook and LinkedIn) as well as the UM website.
For the first time ever, the graduation ceremonies will be streamed live on Maltese broadcasting station, Xejk TV.
Other pertinent information such as the dress code, acquiring a copy of one’s academic record and permitted photography services, can be accessed online.
