Dr Antonietta Rosiello, a Lecturer within FEMA's Department of Business and Enterprise Management, recently participated in the Erasmus+ ICM Staff Mobility for Teaching programme. During this program, she taught PhD students at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in Georgia.
Dr Rosiello was warmly welcomed by the Faculty of Economics and Business at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. During her stay, she engaged in a productive roundtable discussion with esteemed faculty members, including Prof. Gaganidze, the Faculty Dean; Prof. Lobzhanidze, the Deputy Dean; Prof. Khokhobaia, who leads the Department of Scientific Research and Development; and Ms Tea Gergedava, the Head of the Department of Foreign Relations.
Throughout her visit, Dr Rosiello engaged in insightful discussions with students, focusing on leveraging customer insight to innovate business models. Drawing from her experiences in start-up ventures and established enterprises, she provided valuable perspectives on this topic, sparking thought-provoking dialogue among the students. Her guidance encouraged them to explore innovative approaches and solutions to contemporary business challenges.
