The Research, Innovation and Development Trust (RIDT) of the University of Malta is pleased to announce a generous donation of €30,000 from Beating Hearts Malta.
This funding will be allocated to support research in Cardiovascular Medicine.
The funds, available through Beating Hearts Malta, will be used to support a research project that aims to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, improve the quality of life for patients, and provide better therapies and diagnostic tools.
Grants will be awarded to support fundamental or translational research into the causes, mechanisms, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of cardiovascular disease.
The application process is managed by the Research Support Services Directorate (RSSD), while RIDT oversees the award process of the project.
This is an internal call for applications and the submission deadline is Monday, 16 September 2024, by end of day.
This initiative underscores the commitment of Beating Hearts Malta and the University of Malta to advancing cardiovascular research and improving patient outcomes.
