Dr Antonietta Rosiello, a Lecturer within FEMA's Department of Business and Enterprise Management, recently visited the National University of Science and Technology Politechnica Bucharest as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching programme.
Dr Rosiello was warmly welcomed by the Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management (FAIMA). During her stay, she engaged in a fruitful roundtable discussion with distinguished faculty members, including Dr Razvan Dobrescu, Dean of FAIMA; Professor Olga Bucovetchi, Deputy Dean; Professor Dana Delsenicu, Director of the Doctoral School of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering, and Management; Professor Theodora-Mihaela Doltu, Head of the Economy Department; and Professor Gheorghe Militaru, Head of the Department of Management.
Dr Rosiello also hosted a seminar at the Doctoral School of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management. The seminar focused on contemporary approaches to innovation in entrepreneurial businesses, particularly how firms can navigate transformation to drive growth. Dr Rosiello inspired the doctoral students to explore new perspectives on entrepreneurship in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
The primary objective of Dr Rosiello’s visit was to promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise in entrepreneurial management and to deepen academic collaboration between FEMA and FAIMA. Her visit highlighted the importance of strengthening ties between institutions to foster innovation, enhance research, and integrate global perspectives into education.
