During the month of October 2024, Dr Alexander Farrugia from the Department of Mathematics, University of Malta Junior College, acted as supervisor for Miriam Abd贸n, a guest researcher from the Instituto de Matem谩tica e Estat铆stica, Universidade Federal Fluminense, Niter贸i, Brazil. Dr Farrugia was contacted by the Brazilian Spectral Graph Theory group so that Dr Abd贸n can work under his supervision during her guest visit at the University of Malta. Prof. Irene Sciriha from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Malta, also supervised Dr Abd贸n鈥檚 research.
