The University of Malta Futsal Team have just celebrated another win, in the Enemed Futsal Premier League.

The University of Malta defeated Ta’ Xbiex Futsal 5-2.

The University team took the lead, and although Ta’ Xbiex managed to equalise, they could do little against the strength of their worthy opponents.

Steven Camilleri scored a brace for the University of Malta, while Jose Cristian Fernandez, Luke Anthony Borg, and Mohamed Elamari added more goals for their team.

Christian Wismayer and Mohamed Elamari were the scorers for Ta’ Xbiex.

The match took place on Friday 21 February at the National Sport School in Pembroke.

The UM team are currently in third place on the league table, while Luxol still maintain the lead.
