The Department of Nursing at the University of Malta has initiated a series of collaborative seminars ​with the School of Nursing at ​Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA, as part of the University’s Master of Science in Nursing ​programme​. The Master nursing programme at Johns Hopkins University has consistently been ranked amongst the top three programmes in international league tables for the last two decades. This collaboration is a significant addition to the several existent partnerships which the University’s Master programme in Nursing established with other universities, over the last 10 years.

The first real-time videoconference seminar which was held in December focused on publication of research work. It was well attended by students and academics.

The event was made possible by the support of the staff within IT Services.

The next seminar will be held in the spring 2017.
