Dr Andrew Smith and Dr Duarte Santo led a group of 27 students from the School of Architecture and Cities at the University of Westminster, UK, on a field trip to Malta, investigating Tourism Issues in the Mediterranean.

During their stay in Malta, they visited the University of Malta Msida Campus on 13 November, where they discussed Malta's tourism challenges and opportunities from a sustainability perspective with Pro-Rector Professor Godfrey Baldacchino, as well as with representatives of the Malta Tourism Authority.
