Mr Mike Rosner, an affiliate senior lecturer at the University of Malta, travels to Campus using alternative transportation. Cycle commuting from the Rabat area to University, Mr Rosner only takes 25 minutes, and has never experienced getting trapped in a loop while attempting to finding a parking spot.
