The Argotti Botanic Gardens and Resource Centre (ABGRC) has further diversified their interest and has now expanded towards development of plant products.
Argan Oil and Marmalade have been produced for the first time at ABGRC. The argan oil, commonly known as liquid gold, has been derived from the nuts of the Argan, Morocco’s National tree. The marmalade was produced from bitter orange trees in the ABGRC’s citrus garden.
