In an attempt to strengthen University-Industry collaboration, the University of Malta hosted members of Malta Enterprise and the Malta Chamber of Commerce in two exclusive campus visits that took place throughout February 2025.

Opportunities for collaboration, innovation and economic development were explored, and participants of the visit were treated to a number of insightful presentations, and engaged in valuable networking sessions over coffee and lunch.

During the visits the University of Malta showcased its research facilities at the Institute of Aerospace Technologies and the Faculty of Engineering. 

The cutting-edge research facilities at the Faculty of ICT and the Engineering Research & Innovation Laboratories were also on display. The work of other entities within UM was also showcased, with UM researchers connecting with like-minded professionals, mentors and potential collaborators.
