The new equipment was purchased by the University of Malta with financial support from DG LINC, the Directorate-General for Logistics and Interpretation for Conferences of the European Parliament.
In addition, the Faculty of Arts is happy to announce that the interpreting booths above the Aula Magna at the Valletta Campus are now equipped with four interpreter desks.
The Department of Translation, Terminology and Interpreting Studies can provide interpretation for internal events, workshops, lectures, seminars, visits and tours, both in simultaneous and consecutive mode, at both campuses.
This is an excellent opportunity for the Master in Interpreting Studies students to practise, and for students, lecturers and guests to discover what interpretation is all about, in their preferred language.
