Dr Josephine Deguara, a senior lecturer in the Department of Early and Primary Education, Faculty of Education, participated in an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training at Nord University in Bodø, Norway.
During her visit in February 2025, Dr Deguara attended multiple training sessions, shadowing faculty members from the Faculty of Education and Arts during their lectures and workshops. She also took part in collaboration and networking meetings and visited several kindergarten and school settings to observe educational practices firsthand.
