Commonwealth and Valletta Action Plan scholarships for postgraduate studies – Humanitarian Action – for students from Ghana at UM
The Government of Malta, through the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade announces the second call for Commonwealth and Valletta Action Plan Scholarship application for one student from Ghana wishing to pursue postgraduate studies at the University of Malta commencing in the academic year 2023/2024.
This call is part of the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP); an international programme under which Commonwealth member governments offer scholarships and fellowships to citizens of other Commonwealth countries.
This opportunity will enable a Ghanian national to specialise in Humanitarian Action at a post-graduate level, and being given the capacity and professional knowledge to take the lead in shaping policies in the country and wider region.
The scholarship will cover: payment of the University of Malta Tuition fee, a subsistence allowance of €1,200 per month for accommodation, transport, living and academic expenses, a return direct journey from and to Ghana, health insurance and visa expenses.
The deadline for submission of documents is being extended to the 31 July 2023.
Documents that are submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
