Target Audience: Open to all administrative staff as a refresher session and to new recruits. Staff at Institutes/Centres/Schools who did not attend last year's session are invited to attend.

The aim of this training session is to go through the general regulations, procedures and guidelines that govern a student's life cycle at the university, from applying to graduating, to ensure that administrative staff are familiar with and referring to the correct provisions.
