The UM SEA-EU Office is extending the invitation from the NORD University to join a call for proposals for a special issue of European Education focusing on "Cross-Cultural Cooperation Among Universities."
This issue aims to explore the dynamics of collaboration among universities with diverse cultural and organisational backgrounds, examining how these partnerships can foster educational innovation, sustainability, and inclusive practices.
Guest editors from Nord University invite submissions that delve into the complexities and opportunities of cross-cultural cooperation in higher education. Contributions are expected to address experiences and insights, the challenges of university alliances, cultural disparities, and the development of culturally responsive leadership. Contributions from early-career scholars and those from diverse backgrounds are particularly welcomed.
Submissions can include empirical studies, theoretical analyses, and reflective pieces. Extended abstracts should be up to 500 words, including a tentative title, 3-5 keywords, and author biographies. Authors must also be willing to participate in a blind peer review process.
Submissions and inquiries are to be emailed to Dr Tove Holm or Prof. Anna CohenMiller by 30 June 2024.
More information about the call is available online.
