The Annual Science in the City festival will be held in September. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help make the festival a reality! We have three positions available:
- Photography/Videography/Social Media: Capture the excitement, telling the festival's story through your Lens. Turn Science in the City into a global phenomenon.
- Scientist Support: Be the vital link between our brilliant scientists and the enthusiastic public, making science Accessible to all.
- Evaluation and Data and Guest Experience: Gather feedback that will shape the future of Science in the City. Ensure every guest has a phenomenal experience from start to finish.
- Exclusive Festival T-Shirt.
- Certificate of Appreciation.
- Delicious snacks to keep you energized throughout the event.

Volunteer workshops will take place in the beginning of September, before the festival, at the University of Malta, Msida campus. More information will be provided after 18 August.
Science in the City is Malta's Science and Arts Festival which has been running since 2012 and attracts over 30,000 people in one night. The theme of the festival is J.E.D.I. which stands for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
The interactive festival is divided into two: Street festival on Friday 27 September and Saturday 28 September from 18:00 to 23:00 both days in Triton square, Valletta.
Performance festival on 27 September 17:00 to 22:00 and on 28 September 10:00 to 22:00 in Sala San Dominiku theatre, Valletta. The event is public and aimed for everyone.
