We call upon students across 9 SEA-EU universities to submit their short films for the first SEA-EU Film Festival.
This festival celebrates the artistic talents of students and offers a unique platform to gain international recognition.
The festival’s open theme welcomes all ideas, ensuring every creative voice has a chance to shine.
Guidelines & Rules:
- The film should be between 3 and 15 minutes long.
- It must be in English or subtitled in English.
- Only one submission per applicant is allowed.
