Dear researchers,
The Science in the City team is excited to announce plans for organising science-related activities in schools across Malta from 20 to 31 January 2025.
As part of this initiative, we are setting up the Taboo MT game, where middle school students will have the opportunity to engage with researchers in an informal setting that promotes critical thinking. In this game, students will guess the profession of the researchers they interact with. Following the game, researchers will have the chance to conduct exciting experiments and demonstrations, helping students to better grasp the science behind their work. It’s a fun and educational way for students to explore research!
This activity, Science in the City Goes to School, was successfully tested by our team last year. It is a science communication initiative designed to inspire students and promote STEAM careers.
