Were you involved in or know about an innovative architectural, structural or planning solution completed by a UM student not more than 2 years ago?
The Award for Outstanding Student Project is one of the categories of this year’s Malta Architecture and Spatial Planning Awards (MASP).
MASP Awards serve to give recognition to architects, interior designers, university students and any person who would have made an outstanding contribution over the years through research, education, theory or practice of architecture and the built environment.
(1) An abstract of the project describing the concept intention, also supported by a statement outlining the purpose for which the project is intended, (2) a block plan correlated with detained photos and aerial views and terrestrial maps showing context of site, (3) drawings and images of the proposed design, (4) details of how the project fits with the overall context, and (5) what measures are proposed to reduce the project’s overall environmental impact – are all compulsory entry requirements.
More info about the judging criteria and other award categories can be found online.
Submissions will be open online between 24 February and 28 February 2025.
