The Malta Festival of Ideas, which is taking place between Wednesday 6 November and Saturday 9 November, is a new initiative of the Culture Directorate. The festival, with the theme of climate change, will comprise of panel discussions by invited local and foreign experts, performing artists, workshops, exhibitions, readings, and performances by KorMalta, ZfinMalta, and the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra.

By focusing on community engagement, the Malta Festival of Ideas is committed to inspire society through ideas, creativity, and education. In order to ensure as much accessibility as possible, nearly all events at the festival are free of charge.
