The Department of Business and Enterprise Management (Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy) is pleased to announce the upcoming Symposium on Multiculturalism in Entrepreneurial Settings, which will take place on Thursday, 5 December 2024, Valletta Campus. This engaging event will host an array of expert guest speakers, joining both in person and remotely, to share their insights on the role of multiculturalism in driving entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, and competitive advantage within various industries.
The aim of this Symposium is to foster a deeper understanding of how diverse cultural backgrounds and inclusive environments contribute to innovative thinking and business resilience. Speakers will address a variety of themes, including diversity’s impact on talent acquisition, the challenges and opportunities of integrating multicultural perspectives in business, and the strategic benefits of building resilience and inclusivity in different sectors.
