Researchers applying for a project with the UMRI platform are to fill in the UMRI project application form (form 1). In the case that primary data from research volunteers will be collected, the researcher applying will receive by email a copy of the volunteer consent form and information sheet which you may provide to the volunteers.
1. UMRI Project Application Form
If any other researchers are involved in the project and will be handling the collected MRI data, all researchers are required to complete the UMRI researcher compliance form (form 2).
The principal investigator responsible for the project is to submit the UMRI principal investigator compliance form (form 3).
