Elizabeth joined the University of Malta in September 2000 and was assigned to the Faculty of Medicine & Surgery where she served as a Secretary with various Departments of the Faculty. Currently assigned administrative duties to the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She also served at the Administrative Office being responsible for the Visiting Lecturers/External Examiners coming to the Faculty and the Editorial Board of the Faculty's Journal and now Secretary to the Centre of TCM. She is passionate about the Maltese language and History and she has prepared and published a number of publications for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology to assist students in their use of the vernacular language in their clinical practice.
She served as a Councilor for Marsaskala Local Council. She also has publications about the locality
