I joined the University of Malta in 2011, initially working within the Faculty of Media and Knowledge Sciences (MAKS). From December 2011 to May 2021, I undertook a wide range of responsibilities across all departments due to understaffing. As the team grew, I focused on my role as administrator for the Department of Media and Communications (MCS).
During my time at MCS, I also served as Personal Assistant to the Dean, managed the Faculty Dissertation Committee, and oversaw the administrative work of the Faculty Research Ethics Committee. Additionally, I coordinated the Faculty's online presence and represented it at career fairs. I was widely regarded as a key point of contact for both staff and students, providing support across various areas.
In May 2021, I moved to the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as the administrator for the Department of Artificial Intelligence (AI). My responsibilities included managing administrative functions, supporting students, and working closely with departmental staff.
In November 2024, I transitioned to my current role as the administrator for the Department of Communications and Computer Engineering (CCE) within the ICT Faculty. Alongside handling administrative tasks and student support, I assumed responsibility for the administration of three postgraduate courses within the Faculty.
