Jonathan is a mechanical engineer with over ten years working experience within the manufacturing industry. He also worked for the Employment and Training Corporation, gaining invaluable knowledge related to the management of EU funds, employment services and regulations, and training.
Jonathan furthered his studies through an MBA (Exec.) with the University of Malta. He also gained an MSc in Business and Management Research from Henley Business School.
His main research interests are stakeholder theory, product and service quality, customer satisfaction, performance management and quantitative data analysis.
