Raphael joined the University of Malta in 2012 as the Green Travel Plan (GTP) Coordinator, working under the guidance of Prof. Maria Attard, Chairperson of the GTP Committee within the ICCSD. Since taking on this role, he has been instrumental in advancing the University's sustainable travel initiatives, leading the development and implementation of numerous projects aimed at improving travel planning and promoting green mobility on campus.
Raphael graduated in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in 2012. In addition to his professional work, he is an active member of the Malta Archaeological Society and is also a dedicated artist, with a strong passion for history and the arts.
