Core Phase
March 2023 – February 2026 is divided equally into six semesters. These semesters are dedicated to interregional learning and to preparing the exploitation of the lessons learnt including good practices from the cooperation to actively improve and implement policy changes by each project partner. If no improvements are made within this period, then the project will propose a policy action plan that will be monitored during the next phase.

Follow-up Phase
March 2026 – Feb 2027 is dedicated to monitoring the effects of policy changes and exploring the possibility of additional policy improvements or monitor the implementation of the proposed action plans.
