The meeting will be held at Istanbul Technical University at the Ayazaga campus. The exact address and a google maps location are below.
The hotels closest to the meeting location are listed at the top of the excel sheet here. Then with every color, the hotels are located further away from the meeting location and clustered in a region. The hotels listed on the excel sheet are all on metro/underground line. No other hotels are included.

Please note that a registration fee of 85 Eur needs to be paid in cash at the registration desk. Preferably, it is paid in Euro. This registration fee includes all lunches and a social dinner on Tuesday. The social dinner also includes a boat trip on the Bosphorus and transport will be provided from University and back. Transport will leave the meeting place at 6pm.
Non-participants/guests of MyWAVE members can join the social dinner (& boat trip) at 50 Eur per person. Any guests who would like to join please register here.
The registration fee will be refunded through the per diem allowance provided by COST.
