We need your input!
To better understand the current issues and needs that above the knee amputees face, a set of questionnaires have been devised. One questionnaire is directed towards amputees who won a prosthesis or are about to own a prosthesis, and the other questionnaire is directed towards the prosthetists. The information obtained from these questionnaires will be beneficial in the research, design and manufacturing process of the prototype prosthesis.

Below are questionnaires that are there to give us additional information about the issues and problems that prosthetists and amputees encounter throughout their daily life.
