The workings of the School are governed by the Statute for the Doctoral School approved by the Council of the University of Malta on 14 July 2017 and published as Legal Notice 293 of 2017. The Doctoral School Statute has been updated through Legal Notice 351 of 2022 on 16 December 2022 and Legal Notice 197 of 2023 on 1 August 2023.
