Abstract: A guide to the Professional Development Portfolio invites student teachers and tutors on a journey of self discovery as the student teachers embark on the road of reflective practice through the compilation of their Professional Development Portfolio (PDP). The PDP provides information and evidence about a student teacher's practice and the thought and reflection that show the process of growth and development from a beginning teacher to a reflective practitioner.
