| Abstract: | Reflective teaching helps the teacher to become more effective. This paper gives some theoretical background on reflective practice and the tools which can be used by the reflective practitioner in the classroom. It draws on the author's own experience with reflective teaching and tries to provide teachers with a practical working model which can initiate them on the parth of reflection. |
