Abstract: The physicality of happiness is the main objective I will be trying to achieve throughout this thesis. The approach I took towards achieving this space was purely practice-based. Using trial and error as well as found materials or crafted ones I was able to create what I would consider being my version of a safe space. The initial steps of my process were done by researching the philosophy of "ma" as well as the thought process behind many surrealist artists and movements. These gave me the essential inspiration to guide me into starting the practical part of my process. Through this process, I have learned more about my inner child and have also found peace in repetition as consistency gives me safety.
