Abstract

Dissertations should be strictly forwarded to the library as electronic files. The library is no longer accepting print and bound dissertations. It is the faculty administrative staff who is responsible for collecting ETDs from students and forwarding them to the library. The dissertations/theses are to be forwarded to the Library through the eSIMS Task entitled Distribution of Theses/Dissertations. The University of Malta library certifies that the personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act (Laws of Malta, CAP. 586). The deadline for submitting ETDs to the Library is the 15 December of every year. Late submissions will be accepted in case of students who have been granted extensions; nevertheless, the rest of the dissertations should be submitted on time.
