dc.description.abstractMignon è un'opéra comique in tre atti del 1866 di Ambroise Thomas. Il libretto originale francese era di Jules Barbier e Michel Carré, basato sul romanzo di Goethe del 1795-96 'Wilhelm Meisters Lehrjahre'. La versione italiana è stata tradotta da Giuseppe Zaffira. La trama: Mignon viene salvata dal giovane mercante Wilhelm da una troupe di acrobati, che l'hanno rapita dalla sua nativa Italia e portata in Germania.en_GB
