Abstract: Sleep is a vital physiological process that plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well-being. Both oversleep and sleep deprivation can have significant impacts on various aspects of human functioning, including cognitive performance, physical health and emotional well-being. Additionally, the consumption of caffeine and alcohol can influence sleep quality and duration, too.
