| Abstract: | The parking problem in Valletta, Malta's main commercial center, is a well known fact. This dissertation evaluates the causes underlying the problem and considers possible solutions to solve or reduce the burden of this problem. In the process, the current parking policies will be evaluated and the viability of methods used in other countries to deal with parking problems will be considered. |
