Abstract

The book addresses, through 21 different perspectives from leading authors in their fields, the challenging topic of a “Change of Route in the Mediterranean”, with an innovative transformative SFS-MED Vision approach, moving to the future. It offers unique perspectives essential for comprehensively tackling issues integral to Mediterranean food systems.
