| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre, in association with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, presents the programme for a ballet event performed by the Berlin State Opera Ballet Group. The event featured the ballet performances to the musical works of Tchaikovsky and Bach, including choreography created by choreographers like Anthony Tudor, John Taras, and Tatjana Govsky. The ballets performed were the following: "Dessins Pour Six", "Peasant Dance", "Labyrinth of the Truth", "Concerto", "Don Quixote", "Concerto in F minor", and "Gala Performance". The performance was held as part of the Malta Arts Festival 1970, on the 3rd of May, 1970, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
