| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and Circolo Dante Alighieri, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy, present the programme for a piano, song and choral concert, featuring the choir Pueri Cantores (directed by Don Vincenzo Demicoli), and starring tenor Joseph Farrugia and pianist Lina Zammit. The concert featured the musical works of Maltese composers Carmelo Pace, Carmelina Zammit, and Joseph Abela Scolaro. The concert also featured the musical works of Beethoven, Chopin, Donizetti, and Bizet. The performance was held on the 10th of March, 1971, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
