| Abstract: | Tourism is an important economic sector which has grown over the years. Whereas before it was a privileged activity restricted to a small number of privileged people, today it has become a mass activity in the richer regions of the world, and is gradually spreading elsewhere. Tourism includes both domestic movements, by far the highest percentage of the total, as well as travelling to foreign countries. |
