| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre present the programme for the first drama festival for primary and secondary schools. The event featured the following plays: "Tlett Lumijiet" (written and directed by Valerie Pirotta); "How Many Miles to Babylon" (produced by Anna M. Preca and directed by Inez Farrugia); "Il-Premju tat-Tjubija" (produced by E.S.N Children's Unit Msida and directed by Vanni Riolo); "Forest Witch" (written by Eva Chadwich and produced by Mary Grace Galea); "A World without Men" (produced by Pauline Muscat); "Is-Suldat l-Ixkora u x-Xitan" (written and produced by Godwin Scerri); and "Qalb Sinċiera ma Teqdiemx" (written by Giuseppina Attard Montalto and directed by A. Magion and H. Saliba). The performances were held on the 2nd and the 3rd of June, 1973, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
