| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and Excell productions present the programme for the music, comedy, and dance performance events "Variety Showtime" and "Startime 73", featuring performances from The Fontanas, The "Sweet and Lovely", The Excell Dancers, The Jeffersons, The Dancing Lovelies, and The Variety Showtime Band. The event also featured performers Mike Carter, Ken Kirkham, Donna Marie Newman, Dustin Gee, Tony Woods, and Jeanette Du Barry. "Variety Showtime" was held from the 19th of June till the 3rd of July (excluding Mondays), while "Startime 73" was held from the 3rd till the 17th of July (excluding Mondays), 1973. Both events were held at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta. |
