Abstract: | Money allowance is given to Water Services Corporation employees whose job is related with sewer works. The aim of this dissertation is to establish the issue of motivation in relation to performance. It is a fact that money allowance is a motivating factor. By deriving variables from several theories of motivation a questionnaire was distributed to respondents who represent the various grades of the Waste Water Section. An analysis of the findings is incorporated in the dissertation. |
