| Abstract: | The Manoel Theatre Academy of Dramatic Art (M.T.A.D.A) presents the programme for the double bill of the 1-act play Jubilee (written by Anton Chekhov and translated to Maltese by Alfred Scalpello), and the 1-act farce "Black Comedy" (written by Peter Shaffer). The plays were both directed by Adrian Rendle, with assistant director Peter Cox, and were performed as part of the International Arts Festival 1977. The play "Jubilee" was co-directed with Mario Azzopardi. The performances were held on the 15th of December, 1977, at Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
